NEW DELHI: To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the World Trade Center Association (WTCA), World Trade Centers present in Noida, Chandigarh and GIFT City in an industry first-move will be using the online bidding platform for online bidding of exclusive commercial spaces across the three key projects on May 5, 2018.

The commercial spaces will be available through an online bidding platform. Consumers can register for the online bidding till May 4, 2018 by paying an earnest money of just Rs. 2,000 for single unit and Rs. 5,000 multiple units. The size of the commercial units range from 230 sqft to 5,705 sqft and the base price from Rs. 12 lakhs to Rs. 3.7 crore. WTC Noida, WTC Chandigarh and WTC GIFT City (Gujarat) are all promoted by WTC Noida Development Company Pvt. Ltd., the preferred partner of WTCA in India.

WTC Noida has recently signed a MoU with Government of Uttar Pradesh to promote NOIDA, Greater NOIDA and YEIDA as a Mobile Open Exchange Cluster (MOX) Hub and Tech zone being the nucleus. MOX is built on three pillars – infrastructure, hardware and software and addresses the challenges faced by technology companies through access to skilled human resources and enabling synergies.

WTC GIFT City is present in India’s only IFSC and model Smart City known as GIFT City (Gujarat International Finance Tec-City) comprising 986 acres between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. It will have a special economic zone, international education zone, integrated townships, an entertainment zone, hotels, a convention center, Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) units, stock exchanges and service units.

WTC Chandigarh forms the first point of arrival from the New Chandigarh International Airport Terminal. It is aimed at acting as a major catalyst for the economic growth of the Chandigarh Capital Region (CCR).
