NEW DELHI: Ghaziabad based realty player SCC Builders said that it has been selected to develop affordable housing projects which would also comprise of EWS houses at Rajnagar Extension with a total investment of Rs 300 crores.

The project which would be developed at Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad will have a total area of approximately 4.5 acres and will have around 300 EWS units and around 650-800 affordable units. The project would comprise of 5 residential towers along with a commercial tower which would also have a boutique nursing home and a primary school with all amenities and facilities. The investment would be driven by promoters contribution and bank funding.

SCC builders has in past delivered over 1500 housing units across 3 projects in Ghaziabad, namely SCC HEIGHTS, SCC SAPPHIRE PHASE 1 and SCC SAPPHIRE PHASE 2.
