NEW DELHI: Realty firm Signature Global has launched two projects – Signature Global Aspire and Signature Global Prime — located in Sector 95 and 63A respectively in Gurguram under Haryana Affordable Housing Policy.
It spread over 5 acres, the projects will see a total investment of approximately Rs. 192 & Rs. 188 crore in each project.
The company has already 12 affordable group housing projects across Haryana in prime locations of Gurugram and Sohna under Haryana Government’s Affordable Housing Scheme. Both the projects are slated to be delivered within four years from the launch date.
Aspire has been designed by Padma Bhushan Architect Hafeez Contractor & will have Six types of 2BHK units numbering 738 in 5 towers and Prime will have four types of 2 BHK units numbering 714 in six towers. Company’s project Aspire boasts of easy connectivity from Pataudi Road, Dwarka Expressway, NH-8, KMP Expressway, IGI Airport, and 30 minutes from AIIMS National Cancer Institute.
The projects are IGBC Gold Rated and has green features such as Use of recycled water for flush tanks & horticulture, solar heaters, LED & Solar lamps in public area & parking lot, electrical charging facility to promote use of electrical vehicles, Ramp and lift with Braille, separate toilets and special parking facilities for differently abled, rainwater harvesting system to capture runoff from roof and non-roof surface, dual plumbing system to reuse treated water from STP for flushing purposes, use of CFC -free and BEE certified electrical appliances, optimum utilisation of natural daylight within an apartment, use of low VOC products like paint, adhesive & sealants, separate car wash area, garbage room within the project.
Signature Global Prime is well connected to Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, NH-8, Gurugram and Faridabad Road. Under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna Policy the company has launched three Projects, two in Karnal & one in Sector 36, Sohna, South of Gurugram & 2406 units, out of which it has offered Possession for one project Sunrise The Premium Floors in Sector 35, Karnal.
