NEW DELHI: Noida-based real estate developer ATS Infrastructure has announced the appointment of Anil Pankaj Singh.

He will lead the commercial and leasing business of the company.

Singh shall be spearheading this initiative, who has recently joined as Head of Commercial Real Estate (Sales & Leasing) with ATS Infrastructure.

Singh comes with a rich experience close to two decades in leasing, sales, business development and strategy formulation. He has demonstrated exemplary leadership and responsibility in his previous association with Ascendas now CapitaLand, Prius Group and Orchid Infrastructure.

Speaking on the initiative, ATS Infrastructure Chairman and Managing Director Getamber Anand, said, “It is our vision to offer products and services across real estate spectrum. Commencing the Leasing of our commercial real estate portfolio is in line with that thought. Anil has an exceptional leadership track record, strong industry partnerships and deep strategic expertise in handling commercial vertical in real estate sector through its complete value chain from investment, occupation to operation. “While as of now, we are prepared to help our existing investors in leasing their space, who are willing to seek our assistance as of now. Our eventual goal is to create a rent-yield asset model, with ownership of development under one single entity,” Singh added.

He further said that while the office space absorption have a temporary blip, nevertheless it will rebound, as the situation regains normalcy.
