NEW DELHI: ICICI Home Finance (ICICI HFC) has launched a new micro home loan ‘Apna Ghar Dreamz’, for skilled professionals such as carpenters, plumbers, electricians and tailors, painter, welders, auto mechanic, manufacturing machine (Example Lathe, CNC) operator, laptop, computer, RO repair technician, as well as small and medium business owners, grocery store owners in the city.

The loan amount offered ranges from Rs 2 – Rs 50 lakhs. ‘Apna Ghar Dreamz’ home loan is targeted at the informal segment of the population who wish to purchase their own home, but may not have all documents that a formal financial institution would require.

Customers seeking to avail of the ‘Apna Ghar Dreamz’ home loan need only provide details of their Pan card, Aadhar card, bank statement proof of past six months and a minimum account balance of Rs 1500 for loan up to 5 lakhs and Rs 3000 for loan above 5 lakhs.
