NEW DELHI: NCR-based realty developer Signature Global said that it will invest Rs 700 crore to develop 1296 independent premium floors in 324 plots spread across 20.6 acre under DeenDayal Jan AwasYojana (DDJAY) in Gurgaon. The company is majorly supported by IFC, an arm of World Bank and HDFC CAPITAL.
For now, 648 floors are being opened in first phase for booking and will be delivered in 24 months.Located just two minutes from Dwarka Expressway, each plot in the city will have 4fully air conditioned floors with parking in stilts where each floor can be separately registered.
The low-rise premium floors are going to be a part of a Gated Residential Complexthat will have a dedicated lift on each plot (1 lift for 4 floors). The floors will be available in sizes of 2 BHK (990 sq.ft.) and 3 BHK (1250 sq.ft. and 1445 sq.ft.). There are going 5 categories of the floors available under the names of Rose, Lotus, Jasmine, Zinnia and Tulip. The price of the floors starts from 61.14 lakhplus additional charges.
Signature Global City 37D is not just offering Independent floors but afully air conditioned additional space too for Work from home to the first, second and third floor owners and a beautifully maintained terrace to turn into a Garden along with the fourth floor.
