NEW DELHI: Makemyhouse.com, an online architectural and interior designing service platform has introduced a new Partner’s Program, under which the start-up has joined hands with local contractors and engineers for providing architectural, construction, and design services across India.

Under the partner’s program, Makemyhouse.com is planning to establish partnerships with associates in 60 cities, out of which they already have successfully rolled out the initiative in Lucknow, Patna, Hyderabad, Jaipur, and Bangalore.

On the successful initiation of the program, Husain Johar, Creative Head and Co-Founder of MakeMyHouse.com said, “We have observed that most of our customer base looks for ‘all-under-one-roof’ solution. They want one company to provide all services including design, planning as well execution. With our aim of providing 100% satisfaction to our customers, we came up with the concept of a Partner’s Program that will ensure smooth conduction of all activities and provide clients local assistance where they can visit the partner center and get all help they need.”

MakeMyHouse.com is partnering with local associates who have requisite experience of more than 5 Years in the construction industry. Moreover, to ensure zero compromises, the associates will be thoroughly monitored by the core team of the company to maintain the quality of service.

Commenting further Husain added “The initiative will bring benefits to our customers along with our associates. The program will enhance our service quality and fulfill the maximum requirements of clients. By partnering with local associates our services will reach the maximum number of clients while creating job opportunities for various individuals. We have also set up a Relationship Manager (RM) Team. Each associate has been assigned an RM person who will be available 8X7 to provide assistance.”

Makemyhouse.com has completed over 14,000 projects and has also announced remarkable business growth of 33%, fueled by its industry expansion in the Middle Eastern countries and ambition for smart service design and delivery. The company experienced a headcount growth of 40% in the first quarter of 2022. The platform also has recently launched a feature chat for support to their application to provide their customers with a dedicated support person who can chat with them from their devices.
