NEW DELHI: Inframantra India, a real estate service provider, has targeted to sell homes worth Rs 350 cr for the current fiscal year but according to the reports, close to 75% of the target is already achieved in the first half of the fiscal as it ramped up operations in Noida and Pune.

In FY 21-22, Inframantra had sold homes worth Rs. 250 crore, a number already crossed in just half of this current fiscal year. Inframantra had planned for a 40% growth in business for the current fiscal. However, going by current monthly run rates, it should easily achieve close to 75% growth in the current fiscal.

It has recently set up offices in Pune and Noida and now employs more than 100 people and provides a unique customer experience in the primary real estate segment, with a strong focus on residential sales. It looks to increase its workforce by 50% in 2022-23. More than 100+ units had been made available for clients meeting housing and commercial property needs across the country.

It is poised to be the most advanced tech-enabled real estate platform in India, solving the housing and commercial property needs of people and business houses across the country.
