Chennai (India): Casa Grande Distripark, an industrial and ware housing division of Chennai’s real estate enterprise has signed an MoU with Coldman Logistics Pvt. Ltd. to build a Temperature Controlled and Ambient Goods Warehouse within their Multipurpose Warehousing Park at Mappedu, Sriperumbudur.
The warehouse will be spread over an area of 2.50 lakh sq. ft. which will cater to dedicated Pharma / Life Sciences and Food/Industrial products. The total capacity will be around 7,000 pallets with 10,000 sq. ft. This warehouse will have varied temperature zones to suit the need of the shipments including agri commodities, retail products, healthcare / life-sciences and industrial goods.

It is an ideal location and offers superior connectivity from the city. With this warehouse, we have come up with a state of the art facility to provide a viable option for pharma and food brands.”
