GURUGRAM (INDIA):Property developer, Emaar India on Wednesday announced the receipt of Occupancy Certificate (OC) for the second phase of its luxury project The Palm Drive located on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 66, Gurugram.
Emaar India has received OC for 378 units in Premier Terraces, Palm Studios, and Palm Terraces, which are part of The Palm Drive project.
“This is another noteworthy milestone in our endeavour towards swift delivery & handover of all the ongoing projects, and we are pleased to share it with our customers. We are happy that our focused efforts to fast track all the projects are yielding results, as we aim towards delivery of 3,000 residential units by the end of 2017,” Sanjay Malhotra, Chief Executive Officer, Emaar India said.
