NEW DELHI: Mumbai-based real estate developers The Wadhwa Group said that it has achieved 100% occupancy at the Vishwaroop IT Park, a premium IT/ITeS commercial park in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

“In a period of slowdown in the IT Industry, some IT Parks owned by credible developers are still bucking the trend. The Vishwaroop IT Park by the Wadhwa Group that is operational since 2008 offers an intelligent model of inspired design, meticulous planning and controlled execution,” a statement said.

“It houses a total of 14 tenants in the Information Technology (IT) and Financial Services space. Some of the notable clientele are IBM, AON Services, ICICI Bank, Orange, Huawei, amongst others. The total space occupied by the tenants range from 44,000 sq.ft to 1.45 Lacs sqft, which attracts a rent of Rs 75 to 80 per sq.ft approximately,” it said.
