NEW DELHI (INDIA):India’s real estate developer, Raheja said that it has managed to get 8 of its projects registered with RERA.

In fact, a point worth mentioning here is that in the Gurgaon region itself, out of the total RERA registered projects, eight belongs to Raheja Developers.

Raheja firmly believes that although still evolving, the RERA (Real Estate Regulation Act) aims to bring a regulated environment with a localised and fast-track complaint resolution mechanism, which is set to increase investor confidence in the market – be it a local, individual, or a foreign fund or REIT. With RERA now being implemented there is a lot of action that developers, brokers and customers alike will see on fronts of – accountability and standards; code of conduct; transparency; and customer-centric behavior.

Over the next few days, all ongoing projects have to get themselves registered with RERA, as the set deadline is July 31st. Though Raheja group has been RERA compliant since its inception, because the group started exactly on the same principles and procedures which are laid out in the RERA act but still the group left no stone unturned to become one of the first developer amongst all developers to get maximum Projects Registered under RERA.
