NEW DELHI: The emphasis on strengthening rural income and giving a push to affordable housing segment is a positive development, said Ashish Sarin, CEO, Alpha Corp.
Although the real estate sector was expecting more in terms of getting industry status to the sector, the push towards “formal employment” and Infrastructure development will create a positive push for employment creation, which is the critical need of the hour, said Sarin.
