NEW DELHI: North India’s leading real estate group Supertech said that it has received approval from Greater Noida and Noida Authorities to registry approval of 4609 flats in Greater Noida and Noida respectively.
As per the approval from Greater NOIDA Authority, a total of 3372 flats will be offered in Greater Noida with flats in Eco Village 1, Eco Village and Eco Village 3 in Greater Noida west. Supertech has deposited Rs. 34 crores towards the fees with the Authority.
The 1237 flats In Noida comprise of 400 flats in Ecociti – Sector 137, 600 flats in Cape Town – Sector 74, more than 200 flats in 34 Pavilion – Sector 34. The company has deposited Rs. 210 crores with the Noida Authority to garner the approvals for registry of these flats.

At Supertech, we have set for ourselves the aim of delivering 17,600 flats in the current financial year”.
